Founder & CEO
Hansen has over 30 years of experience in food and beverage industry as C-level manager.
He started working at Pasific Club while he was studying at one of the reputable Hospitality Faculties at Cal Poly College. During his internship and years, he had change to work with best Chefs around the world like best French Sommeliers and other industry service leaders.
After years of learning experience, he started working for Mosun Sushi Restaurant and night club at Newport Beach. They started growing shortly by merging with Panini Cafe. Later on Panini Cafe become the fastest growing Mediterranean cuisine leader and reputable healthy restaurant chain with 20 Restaurants all over at Southern California.
Now he is following his passion to create healthier restaurants with his extreme operational and management skills.

Mustafa Kamci is a young leader of the food industry with his technical and financial skills. He has a degree as an engineer but he decided to follow his passion as a Marketing and Sales expert in Hospitality industry. He has been in the executive level of Panini Cafe for over 8 years with different positions. He joined MHK Consulting team to expand the operations to different states and concepts.
